We approach every child and every family with genuine warmth, patience, and respect. Compassion is not a value we display on a wall - it is the standard we hold ourselves to in every session, every conversation, and every decision we make.

IBM is committed to the highest standards of clinical practice. Every treatment plan is grounded in evidence, guided by data, and reviewed continuously to ensure every child is making meaningful, measurable progress.

Families trust IBM with the most important person in their lives. We honor that trust through transparent communication, ethical practice, and an unwavering commitment to always doing what is right for the child.
Every child deserves a champion. At IBM, that starts with our founder.

After more than two decades working directly with children with autism and their families across Central Florida, Stacey founded IBM.
Trained in USF's undergraduate ABA program and holding a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida, Stacey built IBM to solve a problem she witnessed firsthand - families in Polk County who needed consistent, high-quality ABA therapy and had nowhere to turn.
What started as a commitment to her community has grown into a trusted clinical organization serving families across Central Florida, built on the same values Stacey has carried throughout her entire career: compassion, excellence, and genuine partnership with every family she serves.
