Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Summary

The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality ABA services are delivered to clients and their families. The BCBA works closely with the Clinical Director of Services and plays a key role in supporting client progress, staff development, and clinical excellence.

Reports To: Clinical Director of Services / Senior Clinical Director of Services

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Assessment & Treatment Planning
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other relevant clinical evaluations.
  • Administer and interpret verbal behavior assessments, including VB-MAPP and ABLLS-R.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans and treatment programs.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven modifications to treatment plans as needed.
  • Ensure all clinical recommendations align with BACB ethical standards and best practices.
Clinical Supervision & Staff Development
  • Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Conduct competency assessments and performance feedback for direct-care staff.
  • Ensure treatment integrity through regular observation and supervision sessions.
  • Support professional development and clinical growth of team members.
Family Collaboration
  • Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions.
  • Provide regular updates regarding client progress and treatment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with families to ensure consistency of interventions across environments.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Complete all assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and clinical documentation within required deadlines.
  • Ensure service notes and clinical records are accurate, complete, and compliant with payer and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, BACB, and organizational standards.
  • Report emergencies, incidents, and crisis situations immediately to leadership.
Leadership & Team Support
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director of Services regarding client care and clinical operations.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and organizational initiatives.
  • Assist with projects and requests assigned by clinical leadership.
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Required Qualifications
  • Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Ability to maintain BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and methodologies.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Position Summary

The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) provides clinical support under the supervision of a BCBA and is responsible for implementing behavior intervention programs, conducting assessments, analyzing data, supporting Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and assisting with treatment planning. The BCaBA plays an essential role in ensuring high-quality ABA services are delivered to clients and their families while maintaining compliance with clinical and organizational standards.

Reports To: Supervising BCBA
Locations: Florida and Georgia

Key Responsibilities
Direct Clinical Services
  • Provide behavior analytic services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs developed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Deliver direct and indirect clinical services in accordance with BACB standards and organizational policies.
  • Support client skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals through evidence-based ABA practices.
Assessment & Data Collection
  • Conduct assessment probes, observations, and caregiver interviews as directed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Assist with the administration of assessments and collection of clinical information.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to monitor treatment effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations and observations to support clinical decision-making.
Treatment Planning & Case Management
  • Participate in case review meetings and peer discussions regarding client progress.
  • Contribute to treatment plan development through clinical observations, recommendations, and active participation in team discussions.
  • Assist with identifying opportunities for intervention adjustments based on client performance and data trends.
Staff & Clinical Support
  • Provide support and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) under the direction of the supervising BCBA.
  • Participate in clinical trainings and professional development activities.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure consistency in treatment implementation.
  • Complete additional clinical duties and special projects as assigned.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Ensure all required reports, service notes, and assessment materials are completed by designated deadlines.
  • Coordinate assessment materials and required information from parents and caregivers.
  • Present documentation to the supervising BCBA for review and signature during scheduled supervision meetings.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, BACB standards, payer requirements, and company policies.
Required Qualifications

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Position Summary

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities under the supervision of a BCBA. The RBT is responsible for implementing individualized treatment programs, collecting accurate data, supporting skill development, and helping clients achieve meaningful progress toward their goals.The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring high-quality ABA services are delivered to clients and their families. The BCBA works closely with the Clinical Director of Services and plays a key role in supporting client progress, staff development, and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Direct Client Services
  • Provide direct ABA therapy services in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement skill acquisition, verbal behavior, and behavior reduction programs as designed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Utilize evidence-based ABA strategies to support client learning and development.
  • Build positive and professional relationships with clients and their families.
Data Collection & Documentation
  • Collect data consistently, accurately, and in real-time during therapy sessions.
  • Conduct assessment probes, ABC data collection, observations, and other clinical activities as directed.
  • Complete service notes and session documentation promptly following each session.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in compliance with company and payer requirements.
Parent Communication
  • Provide brief session updates to parents and caregivers regarding skills targeted and behaviors observed.
  • Direct clinical questions, treatment concerns, or program-related inquiries to the supervising BCBA.
  • Support positive family engagement while maintaining professional boundaries.
Team Collaboration
  • Attend all required trainings, supervision sessions, and team meetings.
  • Communicate client progress and concerns to supervising clinicians through notes, meetings, phone calls, or email.
  • Collaborate effectively with BCBAs, BCaBAs, and fellow team members to ensure treatment consistency.
Professionalism & Compliance
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability for all scheduled appointments.
  • Follow all clinical protocols, safety procedures, HIPAA requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Report emergencies, safety concerns, incidents, or crisis situations immediately to the supervising BCBA and/or Clinical Director.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and competency training.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 30 days of employment.
