Stacey is a dedicated advocate for individuals with autism and other developmental challenges, as well as the founder of Innovative Behavior Management, Inc., an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency based in Lakeland, Florida, servicing both the Florida and Georgia Markets. With over 20 years of experience in the field, she has a deep passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful and lasting changes through evidence-based practices. Stacey earned her master’s degree in applied behavior analysis from the University of South Florida and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Her journey in behavior analysis began when she was accepted into the USF undergraduate ABA program and began her volunteer work with local centers. This is where she discovered the profound impact that tailored behavior interventions can have on lives. This experience ignited a lifelong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with autism and their families. Under her leadership, Innovative Behavior Management, Inc. has become a trusted resource for families seeking compassionate and effective ABA therapy. The agency’s mission is to empower clients through personalized treatment plans that focus on skill development, communication, and social integration. Stacey believes in a holistic approach, working closely with families, schools and other supports to create supportive environments that foster growth and independence. She is also actively involved in training and mentoring new behavior analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate the standards of care in the field. Crystal Alderman is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience in applying the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support individuals across various settings. In 2016, Crystal received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. After obtaining her Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst designation, she returned to school. In 2019, Crystal earned her Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Purdue University. She received her Board-Certified Behavior Analyst credential in 2019. With over 14 years of experience in the field, Crystal has worked with individuals of all ages, from children to adults with varying developmental disabilities in clinical, educational, home and community settings. Crystal has provided ABA services in the capacity of an RBT, BCaBA, BCBA and currently works in the capacity of clinical director for Innovative Behavior Management, Inc. Specializing in behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and data-driven decision-making, Crystal is passionate about creating individualized programs that promote positive behavior change and enhance the quality of life for clients. She utilizes evidence-based ABA techniques, including discrete trial training, natural environment teaching, teaching functional communication and functional behavior assessments, to develop and implement interventions that are both effective and compassionate. Crystal has been witness to the development and growth of individuals that receive ABA services to live better quality and more independent lives.Throughout her career, Crystal has demonstrated expertise in working collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes. She is dedicated to continuous professional development and regularly attends conferences and workshops to stay current with the latest research and trends in ABA. In addition to her work with clients, Crystal is also passionate about mentoring and supervising aspiring behavior analysts, contributing to the growth of the field by sharing knowledge and practical insights. Crystal is a practicum supervisor for local universities and enjoys mentoring new students in the field. In Crystal’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching and attending sporting events, and most of all, she enjoys being a mother.
Maria Roversi-Pollard is a dedicated and creative Board-Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) with five years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Holding a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and currently working toward her Master’s degree to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Maria is deeply committed to utilizing evidence-based practices to improve the lives of her clients. Under the supervision of a BCBA, Maria collaborates closely with families, clients, and other professionals to personalize and continuously improve treatment plans, ensuring each client receives tailored interventions that promote lasting success. Her collaborative approach fosters meaningful, positive changes and strengthens the overall effectiveness of the treatment process. In addition to direct client support, Maria provides guidance to families and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring the effective implementation of treatment strategies. Hello, I’m Ashlyn Hutchison. As a dedicated Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with IBM, I specialize in implementing individualized behavior interventions for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. With almost 5 years of experience, I have worked with children and adults in various settings, including homes, schools, and therapy centers. I hold an RBT certification and have undergone additional relevant training and continuing education. I have a bachelor’s degree in Behavior Healthcare with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis and I am nearing completion of my master’s degree in the same field.
My approach to implementing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) focuses on creating a positive and supportive environment for clients. I believe in using positive reinforcement and data-driven strategies to create lasting behavioral change. My approach focuses on promoting independence and improving social interaction. She joined the field in 2023 and has experience supporting clients in clinic, home, and school settings. Celiana holds an Associate's Degree and is certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as an RBT. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she implements individualized treatment plans, collects behavior data, and supports clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills.

My name is Kayla Keefe, and I’m proud to be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). I became an RBT because I have a genuine love for working with children and helping them discover their abilities. Every day, I get to witness moments of growth—whether it’s a new skill learned, a behavior improved, or a smile that says, “I did it!”
I work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide personalized ABA therapy, using evidence-based strategies and a lot of encouragement. My approach is to make each session engaging and meaningful, so learning feels like an exciting adventure.
What I love most about this work is the connection I build with my clients and their families. We celebrate every success together and work through challenges as a team.
