
Stacey is a dedicated advocate for individuals with autism and other developmental challenges, as well as the founder of Innovative Behavior Management, Inc., an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency based in Lakeland, Florida. With over 25 years of experience in the field, she has a deep passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful and lasting changes through evidence-based practices. Stacey earned her master’s degree in applied behavior analysis from the University of South Florida and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Her journey in behavior analysis began when she was accepted into the USF undergraduate ABA program and began her work with local centers. This is where she discovered the profound impact that tailored behavior interventions can have on lives. This experience ignited a lifelong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with autism and their families. Under her leadership, Innovative Behavior Management, Inc. has become a trusted resource for families seeking compassionate and effective ABA therapy. The agency’s mission is to empower clients through personalized treatment plans that focus on skill development, communication, and social integration. Stacey believes in a holistic approach, working closely with families, schools and other supports to create supportive environments that foster growth and independence. She is also actively involved in training and mentoring new behavior analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate the standards of care in the field. Stacey believes in the importance of community involvement and strives to bring her passion for ABA into every community that she serves. In her free time, Stacey loves spending time with her family, traveling, and working out. She resides in Florida with her two sons and her boxer baby and is committed to making a positive impact in all the communities that IBM serves.
